Account Details
When you make your first purchase at our on-line shop, you will be requested to set up an account.
This is a one off exercise that will enable you to place future orders more quickly.
Payment details will not be held on our server.
You have to set a Password to protect your account. Keep this information secret at all times. In the event you forget your Password, email us and we will arrange for one of our representatives to contact you.
Payment
Once you've decided what you want to buy, you can choose from the following payment options--and rest assured that your details are safe with us.
We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro & Solo.
Cheques or postal orders (denominated in Pounds Sterling) may be used in payment, but only by placing your order by telephone and us clearing your payment prior to the goods being despatched. We do not accept Eurocheques, or cash in any currency.
Credit Card Information
As we do not store your Credit Card information on our server, you will be required to enter your details each time you visit our website.
VAT & Import Duties
VAT at the current UK rate as applicable is included in the price of goods purchased on our website. If you are purchasing from outside the EEC you may be eligible for a VAT refund after the goods have been despatched. Please send us an email with your order number included.
When ordering goods from Goldings Online for delivery overseas, you may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Goldings Online, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
