Delivery For Internet orders within the UK, your purchase should arrive within 7 working days (although this could take longer, see notes below). If for any reason the item you have ordered is not in stock, we will e-mail or telephone you to let you know when you can expect to receive your purchase.
Postage and Packing Postage and packaging charges are as follows:
UK (including Channel Islands) - Free
European countries £15.50 (Dispatched by Royal Mail)
Rest of the world - At cost of transit.
We will email you the delivery charge and will await your order confirmation prior to despatching your goods. We will endeavour to obtain the most competitive carrier charge. The carrier we use will be determined by various factors such as size of consignment and destination. This is why we prefer to obtain the costs just prior to shipment.
Overseas orders are dispatched by airmail. Local duties may be payable on receipt.
Express Delivery (UK Only) £5 Surcharge If you require your items urgently we can send them by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' or by an alternative method. Whilst next day delivery may be an option, we cannot guarantee it. In particular, goods dispatched on a Friday are unlikely to arrive until Monday. Goods ordered on Saturday, Sunday or Monday are unlikely to arrive until Wednesday, or Thursday. However, items ordered between Tuesday - Thursday should arrive within 24 to 48 hours. We insure against loss of goods in transit to you. Please note that there is a £5 surcharge for this service.

Delivery Times We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible and where possible, at no cost to you, or at a minimal charge. Normally these services provide prompt delivery, however most carriers reserve the right to take up 14 days to deliver goods, or longer abroad. Therefore please allow 14 working days prior to contacting us about UK deliveries and 28 days for the rest of the world.
Deliveries in East Anglia There may be some occasions where we are able to deliver goods via our own vehicle. In the event of this being an option, we will make contact with the customer first.

Should you need to return, or cancel an item, please follow these instructions
General Policy
Because we offer free delivery to UK addresses and minimal postage charges to other destinations, we are unable to supply a free return option, unless goods are defective, or we have made an error in despatch. We are however, happy to advise you on what we believe to be the most economical method of return. Returns
Every item has been carefully chosen to provide you with the highest standards of quality. If you are not entirely satisfied you can return your selection to us in an unused condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please allow up to 3 weeks once you have returned your parcel for the refund to be credited. Return to:

Return Postage and Packing Costs
Please note that you are liable for the cost and safe return of your purchase, in the event that the item you are returning is non-defective. Should a product be faulty, or incorrect, please telephone us on the number below, or email us at info@goldingofnewmarket.co.uk and we will either advise you how to return your goods, or arrange for a collection to be made. Either way there will be no cost to you, as where appropriate we will refund postage charges. Please use original packaging for returns, securely seal and label. Enclose your order reference and contact details. Also email us to say the goods are being returned.
Exchanges & Faulty Goods
We are happy to exchange any item. Please contact us via email, or by phone at our Ipswich distribution centre and explain the nature of the problem. On receipt of the unwanted item, we will send a replacement out subject to availability. If the item was incorrectly despatched by us, we will cover all transit costs, this also applies to the replacement of faulty goods. If you were in error when ordering, we will send a replacement item at no charge, but you will be liable for the return postage and insurance (if applicable)
Cancellation Prior to Despatch of Goods
We are happy to cancel your order immediately on the receipt of an email confirming your request. Subject to the goods not being despatched, we will immediately refund your payment.
Cancellation After Despatch of Goods
Your Rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. You have the right under these Regulations to cancel your order within seven working days (excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) after the day of delivery of the goods. If you exercise your right to cancel, the goods must be immediately returned to us, unused, and at your own cost. Our twenty-eight day return policy actually extends the statutory period.
